RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY

For refunds, please request within 14 days of receiving. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unworn, and within the same condition the item was brought in. All original packaging  must be intact and included.

We cannot accept returns if the original packaging has been discarded. If the item does not fit within these guidelines, the item will be refused and sent back to the customer. Once your item is approved, a full refund of the total cost of the item (including shipping) will be processed. The credit will then be applied to the original payment method, this usually takes up to 5-7 business days, however this can also depend on your bank.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning items. Items must be returned to us via a tracked and signed for service so that you as the customer and we as the receiver can track parcel progress.We are not accountable for lost parcels, please do ensure you as the customer, keep a note of your tracking number when returning your items. We as a business cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please mark the package as a return for customs declaration if you are returning from outside the UK. If items are not marked as a return and as a result, SVELTÈ is charged import taxes, this amount will be deducted from your order refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

Exchanges are not currently accepted. If you wish to change the size of an item, a new order must be placed and any previous items returned.
